Abstract: The change in technological area all over the world has changed the concept of information and communication. The use of internet for commercial purposes gave rise to the existence of the electronic commerce (e-commerce) phenomenon. Online shopping or e-shopping is a form of electronic commerce which allows consumers to directly buy goods or services from a seller over the Internet using a web browser. The study focuses on the impact of hedonic and utilitarian motives on the consumers buying behaviour towards online shopping. Questionnaire was used to collect the primary data. The sample size of the study was 125 and the sample design adopted was convenience sampling. This paper tried to find out the impact of hedonic and utilitarian motive on the consumer buying behaviour towards online shopping and gives suggestions to improve the same.

Abstract: The cross-border migration is a large aspect of migration process in context of increasing mobility. Studies on this migration segment are modest, there is an information gap to deepen knowledge and insight into the nature, impact and factors that inhibit or stimulate cross-border migration, but includes more types of migration on both sides of the border.

Abstract: Volunteering is a way of self – development and possibility to use your creative potential. Volunteering helps people to find new friends, to open new horizons and perhaps discover something interesting according to their passions. Through this research the authors have proposed to reflect the history of volunteering. Also, they identified the main definitions of ,,volunteering’’, consulting the literature. In general, the authors emphasized volunteering in Europe and clear policies and programmes of volunteering. A special focus on the paper was to analyze how did the volunteering phenomenon could be developed in Republic of Moldova and main volunteer organizations which do their activity in our country.

Abstract: This paper analyzes the magnitude and significance of environmental issues, which our world is facing, as well as concrete steps and activities, supported by the European Union, that young people can do in order to contribute to the melioration of this serious problem. We analyzed the results of the survey, conducted on young people from our university, regarding their level of awareness regarding ecology and the available opportunities and programs, which they can join. Also, there are mentioned some projects and activities, which were implemented in the Republic of Moldova.

Abstract: Măsurile netarifare rămân un subiect de discuţie și negociere nu de puține ori controversate. Statele sunt stânjenite de impedimente mai mult sau mai puţin directe, cum ar fi politici interne şi reglementări, proceduri de administrare a comerţului, atitudinea şi comportamentul autorităţilor, corupţie, discriminare, sisteme publice (judiciare, legale) de slabă calitate, infrastructură, etc. Categoriile netarifare prolifice atât din punct de vedere a notificărilor, cât şi a disputelor sub egida OMC, și asupra cărora ne vom referi în acest articol, privesc măsurile sanitare şi fitosanitare (SPS), așa numitul "protecționismul verde" și ecoetichetarea.
